"KNOW & GO® Part I is a child safety program designed for children between the ages of 4 through 7. It's the first program of its kind to educate children about potential dangerous sounds that lead to dangerous situations. KNOW & GO® Part I uses a specialized safety course designed to train the audible recognition pattern (hearing) and eye-hand and eye-foot (reflexes) in order to help the child live a safer and more cautious life."

"KNOW & GO® Part II is a child safety program designed for children between the ages of 7 through 12. The goal of KNOW & GO® Part II is to get the child properly trained on how and why to become an obstacle when approached by an 'Abductor or Friendly Stranger.' This program will focus on teaching the child how to 'outsmart the bad guy' with motor movement, obstacle positioning™ and role acting techniques. Remember abductions happen in seconds and are usually done in a coercing manner so the job of our KNOW & GO® Child Safety Instructors is to create at least a defense window for the child to cause indecision and frustration to the 'Abductor' with the end result of drawing attention to the situation, and scaring him off, leaving the child safe."
